The Medicines Patent Pool (MPP) invites qualified web and digital communication agencies to submit proposals for the provision of website hosting, technical support, SEO management, analytics reporting, Google Ad Grant management, and LinkedIn campaign management services.
MPP is seeking a reliable and experienced partner capable of supporting and enhancing its digital presence through proactive website management, strategic SEO activities, analytics reporting, and digital advertising support.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued as part of MPP’s procurement process to establish a new support contract for 2026 onwards.
The selected agency will provide support and services in the following areas:
The selected agency will work closely with MPP’s Communications team and provide responsive, reliable, and strategic support throughout the contract period.

Deliverables
MPP must retain full ownership and administrator-level access to all systems, platforms, environments, accounts, and assets used in connection with the website and digital services provided under this contract.
This includes, but is not limited to:
The agency must provide all relevant credentials, documentation, and access details upon request and ensure that MPP can independently manage or transfer services at any time.
All deliverables, reports, campaign materials, content, designs, configurations, documentation, and other work product created specifically for MPP under the contract shall be owned exclusively by MPP and shall be transferred to MPP upon creation or, where applicable, upon payment

Late submissions may not be considered.
MPP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any or all proposals, request additional information from bidders, negotiate with one or more bidders, or decide not to award any contract pursuant to this RFP. No bidder shall be entitled to compensation in connection with the preparation or submission of a proposal.
Proposals will be evaluated based on a combination of: – Technical quality and methodology; – Relevant experience and references; – Service levels and responsiveness; – Understanding of MPP’s requirements; and – Price and value for money.
MPP reserves the right to seek clarification from bidders during the evaluation process.
The selected agency shall not subcontract any material part of the services without MPP’s prior written consent. The agency shall remain fully responsible for the performance of any approved subcontractors.
If the selected agency processes personal data on behalf of MPP in connection with the services, the parties shall enter into an appropriate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and applicable Swiss data protection legislation.
